SwiftCrates offers simple weekly rental pricing with a minimum of 1 week. Most moves need 1-2 weeks, giving you plenty of time to pack, move, and unpack at a comfortable pace.

Weekly rental rates:

• Studio Pack (15 crates + 1 dolly): $67/week
• 1 Bedroom (25 crates + 1 dolly): $109/week
• 2 Bedroom (35 crates + 2 dollies): $155/week
• 3 Bedroom (50 crates + 3 dollies): $209/week
• 4 Bedroom (75 crates + 3 dollies): $299/week
• 5 Bedroom (100 crates + 4 dollies): $369/week

Need more time? Simply extend your rental by the week at the same weekly rate. Free delivery and pickup are included with all packages.

Every SwiftCrates rental includes:

• Sturdy plastic moving crates (~50 lbs recommended per crate)
• Dollies for easy transport
• Zip ties for securing crates
• Free delivery to your location
• Free pickup after your move
• Sanitized, clean crates

No hidden fees - the weekly rate covers everything except optional stairs fees if applicable.

Each crate measures 27" long x 17" wide x 12" tall — approximately 3 cubic feet. We recommend keeping each crate around 50 lbs for safe, easy carrying.

• Austin - 25-mile radius from downtown
• San Antonio - 25-mile radius from downtown
• Dallas-Fort Worth - 25-mile radius from both city centers

Standard delivery and pickup windows are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm local time. We'll coordinate specific times with you after booking to ensure someone is available to receive the crates.

Booking requirements: We typically need at least 48 hours advance notice for standard deliveries, though same-day or next-day service may be available in some areas - just ask!

The minimum rental period is 1 week. Most customers find 1-2 weeks is perfect for their move. You can rent for up to 8 weeks if needed.

You select your exact delivery and pickup dates when booking, and we'll calculate the rental duration automatically. The system rounds up to the nearest week for billing.

Yes! We deliver to all types of residences, including walk-up apartments. Our team handles the heavy lifting for you.

Stairs delivery fees:

• Ground floor or elevator access: No extra charge
• 1 flight of stairs: +$10
• 2 flights of stairs: +$15
• 3+ flights of stairs: +$20

These fees apply to either your pickup or delivery location (or both if applicable). Just let us know about stairs when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
